Our pizza dough is a 300g ball of living sourdough, ready to shape and bake off at home. It offers the easy digestibility of our other breads, and because (unlike most pizza doughs) it's fermented with active sourdough starter, it needs to be used within a couple of days (usually 2-4 depending on how cold it's been stored).

Bread club members receive fresh bread every week, along with a baker's note and optional special items that can be added via the customer portal.
Subscriptions allow us to plan our weekly batches (eliminating the high waste of guessing at demand), provide a stable living wage to our team, and help build a meaningful, ongoing and direct relationship with our customers. Your willingness to make a short-term recurring commitment will make a big difference in keeping this weird little bakery alive and growing in northwest Philly. We hope you'll join the club!
How it works
How it works
Home delivery is currently available in 19144, 19119, 19129 and 19128 only and includes an additional $5 charge per delivery (this fee allows us to avoid big tech platforms like Uber, manage our own logistics and pay a dedicated driver a living wage). Bakery pickup is also available from 9-5 on Friday at 5100 Umbria.
Subscriptions are charged weekly or biweekly, and renew automatically until canceled. Subscribers control their deliveries, payments and cancellations via their customer portal.
